Hot Passes Allowed Us to Follow Jimmie Johnson at Kansas Speedway, June 2011

As Jimmie Johnson fans we spent the majority of our time watching the pre-race preparation of his car in the garage and spent most of the race in the 48 pit. We were only 15 feet away from the pit wall. Access to all the action is unbelievable and a once-in-a-lifetime experience for any NASCAR fan.

Kansas Speedway Pre-Race Garage, June 2011

We were blessed with hot passes at the Kansas Speedway. These photos were taken around 8:30 on Sunday morning. All of the teams were busy making changes to the cars. We did not see any drivers or the crew chiefs but did see the car chiefs and engineers fine tuning the cars. Often the engines were fired up while we were standing very close. Exhilerating sound and guaranteed to make you jump the first time or two.
